Our Enterprise Management Software (TEMS) is the first in the QSR industry and we have quickly followed up with a number of innovative web based products that both complement and enhance our base product line of Order Confirmation Systems and Timers. Todays data driven industry allows individuals to take a deeper look at their operations to improve them, and Techknow is here to make that happen.

With TEMS as an entry point, you can now deploy marketing graphics from a single location to multiple designated markets for display at times you want them displayed. With Webstats you can view locations realtime performance and available snapshots of historical views of locations performance of selected operational factors while TOPS provides consolidated details of the last 24 hours of operation up to the last 30 days. TOPS information includes the time of the last order to ensure the POS cables have not been disconnected, how your drive through pads are perfoming and gives you a graphical view of DT pad operations in addition to a signal to noise ratio over the past 30 days to alert you of possible defects.
